PEDRO FIGARI at ST. JAMES

In 1928, Dr. Luis Alberto de Herrera lead an official Uruguayanmission to London, and Figari joined it from Paris. This photo was taken in St. James's, and in the note  Figari handwrites the names of those in the photo. King George V decorated Figari as a Knight of the British Empire, according to the following certificate.
